Jared is a licensed real estate Managing Broker who entered the real estate industry in construction project management, transitioned into operating his own painting company, and finally launched his own development firm, JH1 Homes.
Jared focuses primarily on renovating distressed properties and ground up development in Greater King County. His expertise in these areas gives him invaluable skills serving both buyers and sellers in these markets.
Outside of real estate, Jared spends his time at the gym, enjoying outdoor concerts, and the company of his friends, family, and lovely girlfriend.
